MIKE ELLIS
He was on the job sites before he owned them.
Mike is the owner of Tidal Development Company, a commercial real estate development and investment company based in Surf City, North Carolina, focused on acquisition, development, and construction along the coastal Carolinas.
His path into commercial development started on the ground floor of the construction industry. He spent ten years in construction equipment sales, a career that took him onto job sites across the region and built deep, lasting relationships with contractors and subcontractors. Those relationships continue to shape how Tidal Development builds today.
Mike holds an unlimited general contractor’s license, and brings that construction background into every project the company undertakes.
